Harry from Johnstown PA says it is a 1960 Lincoln Premiere (Definately a '60 Premiere - easy to tell by the trim.)
Michael from Sk?vde Sweden says it is a 1959 Buick Premiere (1959 not a 1960, because 1960 models has three moulding on the front fender and different front bumper)
