lendlease from condobolin australia says it is a 1942 Ford Truck jailbar (past 42 has quarter glass window)
Rob Boothe from Fredericktown PA says it is a '42-'47 only Ford truck (Hood trim tells 42-47, and for the Aussie above, American & Australian cabs were not the same, body lines and rear windows differed & I have never heard of quarter glass in any jailbar cab. Also, jailbars never had side vent windows either if that's what)
