Greg G from Manlius NY says it is a 1942 by the sheet metal scoop under the bumper Plymouth P12 specialdeluxe (42's are uncommon due to short production run due to WWII.)
Todd Smith from Pesotum IL says it is a 1942 Plymouth special deluxe (definately a 42.also rare due to having chrome bumpers.late 42s were all painted due to war. refered to as black-out model.)
