Steve Workman from St. Mary's City MD says it is a 1985-87 Pontiac Fiero (This car appears to be a notch back and the aero body so has to be either an 85 GT or an 86-87 SE. The first fieros were not built until 1984.)

Which if you look closely this one was optioned with it from the factory. Also if you look closely this one also has a moo)
