mike from limestone ny says it is a 1970 Dodge duster (or may be a duster)
richard from jonesboro luisiana says it is a 71 Dodge demon (definately a demon. the tailights go up and down. duster tailights go side to side. with only 2 cutouts per side.)
ryan from sedalia mo says it is a 1971 Dodge demon (this has to be a demon the raised part of the hood of a duster is wider)
