Scott from Cincinnati OH says it is a 1967 Pontiac Tempest Sprint (Tail lights unique to 1966 Tempest/Lemans. This happens to have the Sprint option, denoted by the side stripe (OHC 6 engine).)

Cory Battan from Portland Oregon says it is a 1966 Pontiac Tempest (its a 1966 Tempest sprint. if it were Lemans it would have a bar across the tail panel that says pontiac not p-o-n-t-i-a-c. and no name plate on the quater panel so that makes it a tempest also tail lights and Sprint stripe make it a 1966)
