Steve from Rockwell NC says it is a 1959 Chevrolet Bel Air or below (You can tell by the windsheild and roofline it's a GM, but look at that trunk lid.)

Also the sides of the car are sculpted differently between 59 and 60. This is a 1960 Impala, Belair, et)

steve from palatine il says it is a 1960 Chevrolet Impala (This is a 60. 59's trunk lid came to a piont in the middle, 60's was flat in the middle, more like a stretched out letter U, rather than the 59's V)
