Roger from Cambridge UK says it is a 1970ish Austin America (Read the badge -it's an Austin America, known in the UK as 1300.)
glen from lethbridge alberta canada says it is a 1971 Austin america 1300 mk2 (tail lights and grille show it as a 71 onward and a mk 2 model)
