Tom Minor from Elkton Maryland says it is a 1976 or 1977 Dodge Aspen (The Aspen/Volare models were introduced mid-year 1976 and no styling changes were made for 1977. The front end was modified in 1978. Whether it's a '76 or '77 would depend on whether the manufacture date was before or after August of '76.)
