Johnny from Brooklyn NY says it is a 74-75-76 AMC Matador or Matador Brougham (definately a Mat from 74 thru 76...the hood juts out and the front grille curved out...same cabin as the Ambassador,but def a Mat)
dave from pgh pa says it is a 1974 AMC matador (it has th 74 only grille round parking lights 75 when to square parking lights in the grille. plus it is the police car on the closing credits of the dukes of hazzard)
